Leveritax provides software for Ghanaian law firms. This policy explains what data we handle on your behalf, how we use it, and the choices you have. We treat firm and client data as confidential.
Information we handle
Account information you provide when you request access or create a workspace — such as your name, email, firm, and role.
Content you put into the product — cases, clients, documents you upload, drafts, invoices, and research queries. This is your work product, handled on your behalf.
Basic usage and device information collected to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
To provide the product: to run research, generate drafts, and operate the case, billing, and client-portal features you use.
To secure and maintain the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your filings or client data to train AI models.
AI processing
Some features use third-party AI providers (including Google) to perform OCR, extraction, drafting, and research synthesis on the content you submit for those tasks. Content is sent only to perform the task you requested.
Client data and the client portal
When you invite clients to a portal, they can access only the cases, documents, and invoices you explicitly share. Access is scoped to your firm.
Data retention and your choices
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data.
