These terms govern your use of Leveritax during our private beta. By requesting access and using the product, you agree to them.
The service
Leveritax is a workspace for law firms that includes AI legal research, document drafting, and practice-management tools. It is provided on an as-is basis during the private beta and may change as we improve it.
Professional responsibility
Leveritax is a tool that assists lawyers; it does not provide legal advice and does not replace professional judgment.
You are responsible for reviewing every research answer and every draft before relying on or filing it. Leveritax never files anything on your behalf, and AI output may contain errors or omissions.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You retain ownership of the content you put into the product. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
Acceptable use
Use the product lawfully and only for legitimate legal work. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other firms’ data, or misuse the AI features.
Availability and changes
As a beta, the service may have downtime, and features may be added, changed, or removed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
