One workspace, from first research to final filing

Leveritax brings AI legal research and drafting together with the everyday tools a Ghanaian firm runs on. Here is what’s inside, in full.

Legal research

Cited answers from Ghanaian statutes and case law

A research assistant that reads a Ghanaian legal library and answers only from what is actually in it.

  • A growing index of Ghanaian statutes and reported judgments
  • Searches by meaning and by exact wording at once, then merges both rankings
  • Court-hierarchy weighting (Supreme → Appeal → High → Circuit/District)
  • Answers structured as Answer → Legal Principle → Authorities → Nuances, with a confidence score
  • Inline citations that open the exact source case or statute
  • Conversational chat with memory; follow-ups rewritten into standalone queries
  • Browse and filter the case-law library and statute book by court and area of law
  • Download the original source PDF behind any citation

What’s the standard for an interlocutory injunction in Ghana?

A court may grant an interlocutory injunction where it appears “just or convenient” to do so1. The applicant must show a serious question to be tried and that the balance of convenience favours preserving the status quo2.

Legal principle

The remedy is discretionary and governed by justice and convenience, not a fixed threshold.

  • Draft from extracted fields or from typed raw facts
  • Conversational editing — revise any clause in plain language
  • Every accepted edit saved as a new version
  • Required-field validation before drafting
